At Oetika, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and intention. Our shipping times reflect that commitment.

 

⏳ Processing Times

• Each order is prepared in our workshop, piece by piece.

• Average shipping time is 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• For personalized or made-to-measure jewelry, allow 10 to 15 business days before shipping.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

 

🚛 Shipping Methods and Costs

Oetika ships throughout mainland France, Europe, and internationally.

In France:

• Tracked Letter (La Poste) — for small, lightweight jewelry.

   📍 Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.

• Colissimo (La Poste) — home delivery with tracking.

   📍 Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

• Mondial Relay — delivery to a pickup point of your choice.

   📍 Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days.

In Europe & internationally:

• Tracked shipping via La Poste or Mondial Relay International, depending on the country.

   📍 Average delivery time: 5 to 12 business days.

 

💡 Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

📍 Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves the workshop, including a tracking link.

You can track your shipment at any time via La Poste or Mondial Relay.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged:

1. Check the tracking information you received by email.
2. If the issue persists, email us at oetika.store@gmail.com with your order number.
3. We'll do what's needed to find a quick and fair solution (reshipment, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation).
